Manish Gupta
Chief Executive Officer

Manish is a journalist, communications strategist and entrepreneur with 25 years of experience spanning journalism, public affairs, diplomacy, international trade and strategic communications. He is the founder and CEO of Vanman Communications, a public relations and strategic communications firm, and founder of Vanman Foundation, a non-profit working for people, society and the planet. He is also the founder and Editor-in-Chief of Bodhi Wire, a digital news agency with global ambitions. His career includes senior editorial and reporting roles with Reuters, PTI, IANS, Hindustan Times and Financial Express, covering India’s economy, finance, commerce, energy, industry, mining and public policy. As Regional Adviser at the British Deputy High Commission, he handled political and economic consultations, commercial diplomacy and media relations across Bihar and Jharkhand, advising UK officials on India’s evolving political and socio-economic landscape. He has also held senior communications roles at FICCI and the Apparel Export Promotion Council. Manish serves as an external industry expert on the Board of Studies for Journalism and Mass Communication at Usha Martin University and is a former Executive President of the IIMC Alumni Association. He holds postgraduate qualifications in economics, mass communication and international business.

Based in Mumbai, Deepak specializes in strategic communications, media relations, and content development. He is known for translating complex business concepts into compelling narratives that inform, engage, and influence.


Deepak Goel
Media Director

Deepak, currently working as Media Director at Vanman Communications, is an editor and content professional with over 20 years of experience across leading media organisations like The Hindu, PTI, Outlook Business and The Economic Times. A postgraduate in journalism from the Asian College of Journalism, he has extensive experience in reporting, editing, research-driven content and social media strategy. Based in New Delhi, he has also worked in corporate communications and content consulting, advising leading companies across sectors. He combines journalistic expertise with entrepreneurial experience. Deepak has strong media relationships and a keen understanding of business, policy and infrastructure.


Pranav Pratyush
Creative Director

Pranav, a senior journalist and media professional with over 20 years of experience, is the Creative Director at Vanman Communications. An alumnus of the Indian Institute of Mass Communication (IIMC), he has worked with leading publications including The Statesman, Hindustan Times and The Pioneer, where he has served as the Chief of Bureau for Jharkhand edition for over 15 years. Based in Ranchi, Pranav has also contributed as a development-sector communications specialist to international organisations such as UNICEF, Save the Children and PHIA Foundation. Apart from his expertise in reporting, editing and creative writing, he is also professionally certified in Corporate Social Responsibility.


Animesh Bisoee
Content Director

Animesh, working as Content Director at Vanman Communications, is a senior journalist with nearly 27 years of experience in mainstream print and digital media, with extensive reporting across Jharkhand. He has worked with PTI, The Telegraph, The Reporter Post and Hindustan Times at senior positions, covering politics, governance, infrastructure, social issues, environment, tribal affairs and education. Based in Jamshedpur, Animesh has closely covered leading educational institutions of Jharkhand, including XLRI Jamshedpur, IIT (ISM) Dhanbad, BIT Mesra and IIM Ranchi. He has also worked as a media consultant for reputed non-profit organisations. He has strong media networks across India.

His work with Jan Suraaj involved political stakeholder engagement, organisational outreach and election-related coordination. He holds a Master’s degree in Mass Communication and Journalism with distinction from the Central University of Jharkhand and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from St. Xavier’s College, Ranchi.

Gurdip is a veteran journalist, publisher and editor with five decades of experience covering economics, trade, finance, politics, energy and industrial markets across Asia. Based in Singapore, he has reported on ASEAN economies since the mid-1980s and worked with leading news organisations including AFP, OPEC News Agency, UNI and PTI. Since 2015, he has been Publisher/Editor of Foreign Investors on India, focusing on developments relevant to international investors.
